No, we will give you a supply of referral cards that you can give to your clients. With one of your referral cards your clients can come into the showroom without you. Also unlike other stores, no appointment is necessary. Our staff will provide your clients with expert service and will not discuss your special member pricing levels.

As a Floor Club member you always buy at the lowest prices everyday - guaranteed. The Arizona Floor Club offers the lowest prices on floor covering found anywhere! How do we do it? Volume buying! We purchase in greater quantities giving you greater savings!

Feel free to bring your clients in to make their flooring selections. The prices displayed in our showroom are "suggested retail prices", your cost - and profit - remain confidential. Please contact us and we will be happy to give you more details as well as answer any questions you may have.

We make ordering easy, after you have made your selection, our staff will generate an invoice for you. Once we have your deposit, we will place the order with the manufacturer. We accept phone and fax orders as well.

We are quick to respond to our member requests. Normally, we'll have your order ready in 5 to 7 working days. Orders are usually available for pick-up at United Freight. Sometimes we can arrange for the manufacturer to ship directly to the job site. If you need a product even sooner, we have a large selection of "fast ship" products available. We offer such fast response times because we buy direct and in large volume.

The Arizona Floor Club does not contract out or provide direct installation services. However, we do make available a list of professional local installers that can handle every type of flooring installation. The individual installers can inform you and your clients of their specific workmanship guarantees.
