Installation

The Arizona Floor Club does not contract out or provide direct installation services. However, we do make available a list of professional installers in the area to handle every type of flooring installation. Because each installer works as an independent contractor, the Floor Club member is not responsible for the quality of craftsmanship or provide a guarantee. The individual installers can inform you and your clients of their specific workmanship guarantees.

We recognize the unique merchandising needs of our members. Whether it's in your office or visiting a client, The Arizona Floor Club can provide you with a variety of innovative sample programs that make it easier and more profitable for you to show and sell flooring.

In addition if you regularly show a specific set of products we can have a set made up just for your extended use. Please ask an Arizona Floor Club associate for details.

Unaccompanied Client Service

An added convenience for our members is that you do not have to accompany your client on every visit. This means you can make sales without having to spend time away from other projects.

As a member, simply give an Arizona Floor Club referral card (which we provide you with) to your client. This card has your name and member number on it, our location information as well as a handy map on the back of it. This card will allow your client access to our showroom.

No appointment is necessary during our regular business hours. If you have a client requiring an off-hours appointment, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

While your client is in our showroom they will only see retail prices marked and we never discuss your 'member price' with your clients. If you wish to call ahead and give us special instructions, such as a discount rate for a particular client, please feel free to do so.
